So what's the story here? is this character somewhat of a corrupter of children? I'm interested. *_*

Oh, yes he is. I can't tell you much more, because it's all spoilers for #Oscura-Webcomic. ^_^

this reminds me a lot of the flat medieval paintings in a really cool way

There's just something about the way you paint that takes my breath away completely. That secure way of adding different colours in the face, like blue, or brown like on the man over there. And the details are overflowing without being too much. I guess since the choice of colours are made so wisely - so the picture doesn't end up in just a mess. That background, those flowers, the scarfs... Mymymy, I'm awestuck.

Your work is nothing short of amazing, watercolors can be tricky to work with, and it would seem you've mastered them, the control here, it's truly beautiful! <3

Very much so! This piece was totally inspired by 'the mother' which is his one of man paintings involving women and children <3.

Mm, Klimt's one of my favourites too, alongside Mucca. [sp?] I love artists who have exstravagant borders/patterns. <3

Beautiful piece. I love the dreamy feeling and the colors, and the kind of 'layered' coloring.

Oh...that one was a day project for me. Watercolours are my medium because I'm impatient and I like to rush through my art. So this one I did on one of my off days while a friend was over. :3

It sure is! It's a homage to 'The Mother', which is a little twisted, because these two are actually romantically involved. But I enjoy complicated relationships. :3

Thanks! I like to give credit to the fact that I can only afford a few colors, so it makes for a nice challenge when I get around to painting. xD

That man's face is so good, such great control over line and color with watercolors is really admirable. It's a beautiful piece

Aw, thank you. I use this brush called a 'liner' for all those tiny hairs. It's a very bizarre looking thing when it's not wet. Almost like...a seed fluff or something.

Oh really? I'll have to check that out, since I've never been able to get that clean with water colors with some of the brushes I use :slow:
Anyways, your welcome!
